The Studio
Studio is the environment where you can review assets (videos, images, sound, 3D, documents, etc.) Here you have access to the different tools that will help you provide feedback on assets.
Note: To save the drawing, you need to write a comment and send it.
Drawing tools can be used to show others specific spots and areas on your asset that need improvement.
Eraser for the drawings to remove any mistakes made
Color picking tool to choose the exact color to draw or write with
Text tool to write directly onto the file to further enhance your feedback
Shape tool to further illustrate your feedback
Laser pointer which is useful in sync and live streams to make your point come across even better
Zoom & hand tools for more precise examination
Comments & Markers
On the right panel, you can leave feedback by creating comments. If you want your comment to include a timestamp (referred to as a marker) just check the box below the chat input. You can also change the colour of the marker if needed.
Write your feedback in the text-field
Here is where the timestamp is and where you change the colour of the mark if you want to.
This is the filter where you can sort through the comments by date, author, timestamp, and resolved comment. You can filter them by colour, resolved, and unresolved comments.
Spanned Markers
It is the same as regular markers but you can set a range for the marker. This can be done by either dragging the marker or by clicking on the left side menu on ‘set in time’ and ‘set out time’.

Pull on either side of marker to adjust the range.

Sync
When in a studio you can synchronise the timeline with other users, perfect for reviewing assets together. Just click the sync button top right to join the sync room!
Note: Ensure that you are in the right commenting space when writing your comments in sync.
Click on the sync botton to join the sync mode. It will turn blue when you have entered it.
Choose which chat you want to write in.

Version management
Each asset uploaded to Klash are versioned, which means you can easily iterate and keep a history of past iterations. By utilising asset versioning, you are able to keep your project clean.

Keyboard shortcuts
In the studio, in the upper right corner, click on the Question mark > Keyboard shortcuts. Here you will find all of the keyboard shortcuts that can be used in the studio.
