Statuses

You can move assets through different production stages by changing the status of the file. With KLASH, you can set custom statuses, and sort and organize assets based on their status. Assets include files, folders, playlists, and streams.

Changing the status of an asset

1. Navigate to the Status drop-down menu in the header of the studio.

2. Change the status. The default settings are No status, In progress, Needs review, and Approved.

3. Click Needs review to send an email to a group of users. You can also add a personal message (optional).

Note: Custom statuses are available on the Enterprise plan and can be synced two ways with the project management tool Jira.
