Enterprise

With Enterprise, you get a company account where the company owner and admins can control the teams and projects belonging to  the organization. You can also create automated workflows, integrate with Slack and Jira, set up Custom Statuses, and add company branding.

Adding people to your company

The company owner and admins can control the teams and projects belonging to the organization. There are two main ways for adding people to your company. You can manually import users one by one or in bulk, or verify your company domain with KLASH and have users onboard themselves. With a verified domain and SSO, users can be automatically added to teams and projects with the right roles and permissions.

Import users one by one or in bulk by the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Company Users settings.

  1. Click Add user, fill in the requested information, and Confirm. You can also import in bulk by adding your users to the XML template and importing the file.

  1. Another option is to invite users by email directly to the teams. The user will be added to both the team and as a company user.

You can activate and inactivate users on KLASH to on- and offboard personnel, and limit the number of user licenses. Learn more about Billable users and user management.

Verifying your company domain

With a verified company domain, users with email addresses on that domain will be automatically added to your company. Start the domain verification process by the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Company settings, click Domains, and then New domain.

  1. Enter your domain, and click Confirm.

  2. Add the DNS TXT record to your domain’s DNS settings. This is a secret code that only you and KLASH know. Adding it to your domain proves to KLASH that you control the domain.

  3. Once you have added the TXT record, click Verify on KLASH.

Note: KLASH will not add existing users retroactively so only users that sign up from this point and forward will be automatically added.

SSO

Supported Single Sign-On (SSO) methods are Active Directory Federation Services On-Premise (ADFS), Okta, Google, and more. You can set up ADFS on your own, while Okta and Google require that you contact KLASH support. Contact us.

Automations and integrations

With KLASH Enterprise, you can create automated workflows for file uploads. On KLASH, each folder has a unique transfer code. By adding this transfer code to a file name, you can use your editing tool’s Send to playback feature to automatically transfer files from your local production environment to the right folder on KLASH cloud-based platform. Files with wrong or no transfer code will end up in the Admin space, where company admins can manually move files to the right folder. Learn more about Uploading methods.

You can integrate your KLASH company account with communication and project management tools Slack and Jira. Creating a complete production tracking platform. Learn more about the Slack integration and Jira integration.

Custom Statuses and Assigned Reviewers

With Custom Statuses for KLASH Enterprise, you can change the default statuses for production files from No status, In progress, Needs review, and Approved to your liking. Your statuses can also be synchronized two-way with Jira. Statuses in the Needs review category give you a view where you can select which project members to notify by email about selected files.

Customize your statuses by the following steps:

  1. Click on your company name in the left side menu, Settings, and then Workflow.

  1. Edit, set as default, and delete by clicking on the three dots menu. Use the handlebar to reorder.

With Assigned Reviewers, you can choose one or more persons to be responsible for the final sign-off of production files. Assigned Reviewers are project specific. Choose Assigned Reviewers by the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the project where you want Assigned Reviewers, and click on the Edit assigned reviewers cogwheel in the Details panel to the right.

  1. Choose one or more of the project members in the drop-down menu, and click Add.

  2. Collect votes by thumbs up or down from the other project members and when done, the Assigned Reviewers will be able to change the status of the file.

Branding

You can design your Sign in portal, and add branding to transactional emails from KLASH. Design your Sign in portal by the following steps:

  1. Click on your company name in the left side menu, Settings, and then Portal.

  1. Add a logo, background, login title, and description.

  1. Click Save.

Adding branding to transactional emails requires that you contact KLASH support. This cannot be done on your own. Contact us.
