Enterprise
Enterprise is a company account that is only available on the Enterprise plan. With Enterprise, the Company Owner and Admins can control the Team and Project Memberships of the company. You can also add automations and integrations, Custom Statuses, and branding.
Adding people to your Company
The Company Owner and Admins can control the Team and Project Memberships for the Company. All users that are part of a Company are considered Company Members independent if they are team and project members.
There are two main ways to add people to your Company. You can import users one by one or in bulk, or verify your company domain with KLASH and have users onboard themselves. With a verified domain and SSO, users can be automatically added to teams and projects with the right roles and permissions.
When users onboard themselves, they will not be able to access any teams or projects without an Owner or Admin assigning them.
Import users one by one or in bulk by the following steps:
Navigate to your Company Users settings.
Click Add user, fill in the requested information, and Confirm. You can also import in bulk by adding your users to the XML template and importing the file.
Another option is to invite users by email directly to the teams. The user will be added to both the team and as a Company User.
You can activate and inactivate users on KLASH to on- and off-board personnel, and limit the number of user licenses. Learn more about Billable users and user management.
Verifying your Company domain
With a verified Company domain, users with email addresses on that domain will be automatically added to your Company. Start the domain verification process by the following steps:
Navigate to Company settings, click Domains, and then New domain.
Enter your domain, and click Confirm.
Add the DNS TXT record to your domain’s DNS settings. This is a secret code that only you and KLASH know. Adding it to your domain proves to KLASH that you control the domain.
Once you have added the TXT record, click Verify on KLASH.
Note: KLASH will not add existing users retroactively so only users that sign up from this point and forward will be automatically added.
SSO
Supported Single Sign-On (SSO) methods are Active Directory Federation Services On-Premise (ADFS), Okta, Google, and more. You can set up ADFS on your own, while Okta and Google require that you contact KLASH support. Contact us.
Automation and integrations
With Enterprise, you can create automated workflows for file uploads. By adding transfer codes to your file names, you can use your editing tool’s Send to playback feature to automatically transfer files from your local production environment to the right folder on KLASH in the cloud. Files with wrong or no transfer code will end up in an Admin space, where Admins can manually move files to the right place. Learn more about Uploading methods.
You can integrate KLASH with communication and project management tools Slack and Jira. Creating a complete production tracking platform. Learn more about the Slack integration and Jira integration.
Custom Statuses and Assigned Reviewers
With Custom Statuses for Enterprise, you can change the default statuses for production files from No status, In progress, Needs review, and Approved to your liking. Your statuses can also be synchronized two-way with Jira. Statuses in the Needs review category give you a view where you can select which project members to notify after completed file uploads.
Customize your statuses by the following steps:
Click on your company in the left side menu, Settings, and then Workflow.
Set as default, Edit, and Delete by clicking on the three dots menu. Use the handlebar to reorder.
With Assigned Reviewers, you can choose one or more persons to be responsible for the final sign-off of production files. Assigned Reviewers are project-specific. Choose Assigned Reviewers by the following steps:
Navigate to the project where you want Assigned Reviewers, and click on the Edit assigned reviewers cog-wheel in the Details panel to the right.
Choose one or more of the project members in the drop-down menu, and click Add.
Collect votes by thumbs up or down from the other project members and when done, the Assigned Reviewers will be able to change the status of the file.
Branding
You can design your Sign-in portal, and add branding to transactional emails from KLASH. Design your Sign-in portal by the following steps:
Click on your company in the left side menu, Settings, and then Portal.
Add a logo, background, login title, and description.
Click Save.
Adding branding to transactional emails requires that you contact KLASH support and cannot be done on your own. Contact us.
