We are happy to announce the addition of spanned markers for videos on KLASH!
Spanned markers lets you set time ranges and provide feedback on a span of the video. It can help you clarfiy what section of a video you want changed or removed as it lets you set start and end time with frame by frame precision. Works out of the box when exporting spanned markers to DaVinci Resolve and Avid Media Composer.
Creating a Spanned Marker
First you have to create a time range, to do this you'll have to drag the arrows located next to the playhead. When start and end time are in the right place, simply leave a comment and your spanned marker will be created. Remember to toggle the timestamp on!
Looping Within the Time Range
Same thing here, first create a time range by dragging the arrows, then turn looping on by pressing the button next to the volume slider. Now play the video!
It's also possible to do this while in a online sync session with other users so that everyone loops the same part of the video.
We are always happy to hear your feedback on new and old features, make sure to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any thoughts!
