Roles and permissions
There are a few different ways for accessing content on KLASH, and not all require that you register a user account. As an Admin, Member, Member restricted or Viewer, you have to register a user account, while as a Share user you get a simplified studio and do not have to register an account.
Here is an overview of the roles and permissions:
Admin: Admins are at the top of the permissions hierarchy. They can manage teams, projects, company settings, invite users, and set roles and permissions.
Member: Members can upload and download files, comment, start a sync timeline and real-time live streaming session.
Member restricted: Member restricted can do everything that a Member can, but cannot share files with external users.
Viewer: Viewer can only view assets.
Share user: As a Share user, you are the recipient of a share link. You get a simplified studio and do not have to register an account. The sender of the share link can decide what features should be available for you. Learn more about Sharing links with external users.
Note: Making someone a Company admin will grant the user permission to manage all the teams and projects belonging to the organization. You can invite a user as an Admin to a team, the user will only be able to manage the team including any projects belonging to the team, or as an Admin to a project, the user will only be able to manage the project.
