Sharing links with external users
With KLASH, you can share files with external users with nothing more than a link. The recipient gets a simplified studio and does not have to register or sign in to KLASH. Links are private and secure.
Creating a Share link
Create a Share link by the following steps:
Click on the Share button in the upper right corner of the studio.
Select a Share name. Share names are only displayed for your team members, not the share recipients.
Click Security, and select between Open access, Password, Email Two-Factor, or Phone Two-Factor.
Enable or disable commenting and downloading of files.
Add an optional personal message.
With two-factor authentication, you need to add the recipient's email address or mobile phone number.
Click on the Advanced tab for Version to share, Allow status change, Audio switching, Link availability, and Watermarking settings.
Click Create.
Read more about file sharing in Share files, folders, and projects.
Note: You must be a member or admin to be able to create Share links. Your account holder can force password or two-factor authentication protection on links.
