Creating an account

Set up your account by the following steps:

1. Register as a user on klash.studio. If you've been invited, use that link to register instead.

2. Fill in your email that you wish to use.

3. Fill in the requested information and click Sign up.

FAQ

How do I know if I have a user account or have received a share link?
If you are requested to sign in using email and password through the sign-in portal ​https://app.klash.studio/account/login/ or register on klash.studio, then you have a user account. Otherwise, you are the recipient of a share link. Share links can still require you to enter a password, email 2FA, or mobile 2FA to access the link.

I don't know my password and/or username. What should I do?
Regain access of your credentials by the following steps:

1. If you don’t know your password, navigate to the login screen, click Forgot password, and follow the instructions in the email sent to you. If you can’t see the email, check your spam folder.

2. If you don’t know your username, enter the email address that you think was used for registering on KLASH and click Forgot password. If they receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password, then that email address is associated with your user account on KLASH. 

3. If you’re still having trouble signing in, contact your admin or KLASH support at https://klash.studio/contact.
