Game developer Remedy Entertainment has chosen KLASH Studio to streamline their asset-review processes for one of their upcoming projects.

Swedish KLASH is a leader in creative collaboration, offering tools and services for reviewing and sharing gaming and video content, used by some of the biggest names in entertainment.

Remedy Entertainment is a Finnish video game developer publicly traded on Nasdaq, renowned for critically acclaimed game titles such as Max Payne and the Control and Alan Wake franchises. Now, the studio has chosen to upgrade its asset-review workflow with KLASH, facilitating communication and collaboration for its developers.

"Tight collaboration is how we build unique experiences,” said one of Remedy’s Game Directors, James Salt ”Reducing overhead and increasing clarity are critical when you have a large, distributed team and constant iteration. Klash has proven to be an excellent platform on which we can collaborate."

The solution is based on the KLASH collaboration platform integrated with project-tracking software Jira from Atlassian, and this new pipeline replaces their previous solution. As part of the agreement, KLASH will work closely with Remedy and keep improving its features to further streamline game-production pipelines.

“Remedy is synonymous with quality, we are thrilled and very proud that they have put their trust in our platform for their creative collaboration,” said KLASH CEO, Martin Ekdal “We view this very much as a mutually beneficial partnership; KLASH streamlines an important part of their development, and their decades of experience means invaluable feedback for us.”
