Viewer guide

What is a Viewer?

A Viewer can view content, annotate, and write feedback comments. You can have access to one or more projects, receive mentions and other activity. Your admin manages your role and permissions.

Set up your account

If you already have an account, check your inbox at KLASH to join your team.

  1. Click on the invite link that was emailed to you, or register as a user on klash.studio. Check spam if you can’t find the email

  2. Fill in the necessary information

  3. Click on ‘Sign up’

  4. Verify your email adress by opening up your email account and click verify on the email from KLASH

  5. Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner

  6. Click on ‘My account’

  7. Customise the notification settings to your liking and enter additional information about yourself

Files and Folders

You can view the assets shared with you, and some information about the files or folders, by double-clicking on a file to open it in the studio. That’s where the collaboration takes place.

Supported browsers and operating systems

KLASH supports Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. In real-time live streaming sessions, you are restricted to Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, since Safari doesn’t support audio when sharing your screen. The recommended browser for getting the most out of KLASH is Google Chrome.

Safari moreover doesn’t support watermarking in full-screen mode on iOS. If watermarking is used, full-screen mode will be disabled on iOS to protect your content.

Where to give feedback?

When opening a file in the studio, you can view, comment, and annotate to give feedback.
