Create a project

Projects are in the very top of your file structure. This is where your assets, folders, and subfolders will live.

NOTE! To be able to create a project in a team you need a Pro, Team or Enterprise account on KLASH, and the right roles and permissions.

NOTE! As an Enterprise user, you cannot create personal projects. You need to be invited into teams to be able to create projects. If teams does not appear in the left side menu, then you need to contact your administrator and ask them to invite you.

You can create personal projects, or projects within teams.

Create a personal project by heading to the left side menu, click on ‘my projects’, and ‘new projects’. Or, you can click ‘Home’, ‘Create project’, enter a project name, ignore the Team option, and click on ‘Create’.

To create a project within a team, click on ‘Home’ in the left side menu, then ‘Create project’, enter a project name, select which team you want to create a project in and click ‘Create’. Or, head to the left side menu and click on the team you want to add a project to then ‘new project’.

Upload files and folders

After creating your project, you’ll want to upload all your relevant files and folders. You either click on the project you want to add the files to and click on ‘New file’, or you can drag and drop files straight into the project bin; any folder structure will remain intact. If the project already contains files, you can click on the ‘New’ button in the upper right corner.
