Studio changes
- Added a new cursor tool which is selected by default
- You can now click the screen to play and pause the video again
- File status now has colors for easier visibility
- Needs review = Yellow
- In progress = Blue
- Approved = Green
- Export markers window has gotten a visual improvement
- You can now loop videos in the video settings
- Team chat and share chats can now be selected from a new dropdown menu, rather than a separate tab
- Thumbs up reaction is now clearer
- You can now add share recipients to watermarking overlays
- For anonymous links, the recipient will be displayed as "# + 4 letter code", which represents the last 4 letters of the anonymous share link. This way, if any material is ever leaked, you can find out which link was leaked.
- For links sent via email, this will display the recipient email address in the watermark
Support for standard SMPTE timecodes
We've got feedback to make it easier to match comments with your local material when conforming and editing. When this mode is enabled, all timecodes in the studio will be displayed in the SMPTE timecode format. Timecodes are now read from the file (TCin / TCout) and the timecode is automatically adjusted accordingly.
Enable by clicking on the dropdown menu next to the timecode in the player and select "Timecode".
It is also possible to directly edit the timecode to jump to a specific time. We've taken inspiration from some of the most popular color grading and post production softwares, so this feature should be familiar to you. Click on the timecode to enter where you want to go.
Some extra features for your convenience:
- Partial timecode entry; enter only the part you want to change.
- Tip: click tab to jump to another segment, once you click enter, only the part you modify will change. Press period to quickly add 00 to the input.
- Relative timecode entry; press + or - to enter a relative timecode, which will move your play head the amount you choose.
Jira integration changes
Our Jira integration just got a huge update, and it is now possible to set (almost) all properties from your Jira project, including custom fields! This makes Jira virtually and completely integrated into Klash, meaning you will not have to jump between the two platforms when you're in a hurry.
Each project can now also define the default Jira project and issue type for that specific project.

- Fixed comments showing strange letters when exporting to external software
- Fixed certain markers not being imported correctly to DaVinci Resolve via EDL format
- Make live streaming connection popup more stable
